Very Crafty Thoughts is committed to making our website, vct.rocks, as accessible and easy to use as possible for all visitors, including people with disabilities.

We aim to provide a website that is clear, simple to navigate and usable across a range of devices.

We aim to make our website accessible by:

• using clear and easy-to-read text;

• maintaining good colour contrast wherever possible;

• providing clear headings and navigation;

• adding alternative text to meaningful images where appropriate;

• making forms and buttons as clear and straightforward as possible;

• designing our website to work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices; and

• regularly reviewing the website as content and products are added.

As many of our products are personalised, some areas of our website allow customers to provide their own wording, images or artwork.

If you experience difficulty using our artwork upload form, placing a personalised order, or providing the information needed for your design, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an alternative way for you to send the information we need.

Some parts of our website and online ordering process may rely on services or functionality provided by third parties. While we aim to choose services that provide a good experience for our customers, some accessibility features may be outside our direct control.

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website, cannot access information you need, or need information provided in a different way, please contact us.

Email: gary.vct@mail.com

Please tell us which page or feature you are having difficulty with and we will do our best to help.

Very Crafty Thoughts is a small independent business and our website will continue to develop as the business grows. We will continue to review its accessibility and make improvements where reasonably possible.
